Background

I'm a UCL-trained lawyer and I trained and practiced at Dentons in the Technology, Media and Telecoms team, advising major UK retailers and public sector organisations on large scale technology and outsourcing contracts. I previously held senior in-house positions including Divisional Counsel at Capita, working directly with business teams on complex outsourcing arrangements and high value commercial deals.

I now work independently through Legal Colleague Limited, advising a small number of clients directly on the matters that need senior input the most.

How I integrate

I'm used to working inside business teams, not just alongside them. I get up to speed quickly, adapt to how your organisation operates, and focus on what matters commercially. No unnecessary process - just clear, practical input from someone who has sat on both sides of the table.

What clients value

Clients come to me when they need someone who understands the technology as well as the contract. A lot of the real issues in technology and AI deals sit in the intersection of legal, operational and technical understanding - and that's where I work best. I give direct, commercially grounded advice, whether thats a discrete project or ongoing support.
